Patrician Brothers’ College Blacktown is a diverse and vibrant learning community with a foundation of faith, learning and wellbeing within our model of academic care. As a Patrician community, we strive to see Christ in all who we meet. This places a particular emphasis on welcome, hospitality and social justice. As such, the College is a welcoming environment to all of God’s people and celebrates diversity. This is evident through the broad range of opportunities that are open to students, such as a number of sports, debating and public speaking and partnerships with local tertiary institutions. This provides students the opportunity to graduate with a number of qualifications and other credentials.
The College has a strong service-learning program centred around the Religious Education curriculum and our Patrician Charism that allows students to grow in their faith. Students are called to put their Faith in Action through programs including the College Breakfast Program, Vinnies Van Night Patrol and Special Religious Education Program. Students also grow in faith through our liturgical program, with Mass every week and student ministry programs. This allows students to live their faith as a Eucharistic people.
