Patrician Brothers’ College, Blacktown NSW – Reimagining Education

Patrician Brothers’ College Blacktown strives to reimagine education. This is achieved through the academic care program. The academic care program is a holistic program that incorporates both pastoral care and promotion of academic excellence. Pastoral care is achieved through the student wellbeing program that is integrated into each student’s timetable. The program is designed to support each student at school and in life as they move through adolescence and to build their resilience and efficacy as individuals, so each student can take life on with confidence.

The College also reimagines education by promoting and engendering academic excellence. This is achieved by calling each student to strive for their best in the classroom and offering students opportunities and pathways to further education and qualifications with expanded HSC offerings and VET qualifications. With a view that the curriculum is one that develops the whole person, Patrician Brothers’ College Blacktown has a strong sporting program. The program caters for a number of sports such as rugby league, cricket, soccer, basketball and tennis.

Through a strong academic care program and a vibrant co-curricular/sporting environment, students at Patrician Brothers’ College Blacktown are encouraged to succeed; so they take on the world with confidence.
