About our school

St Vincent’s College, Ashfield, emerges as an educational gem, seamlessly intertwining Catholic traditions with a commitment to cultivating global citizens. Rooted in the rich educational heritage in Ashfield of the Vincentians, Sisters of Charity, and De La Salle Brothers, the College fosters a tight-knit community that warmly embraces all.

As a College we have a commitment to academic excellence evident in the expansive curriculum in STEM, Creative and Performing Arts, entrepreneurship and global capabilities. The ongoing transition to a coeducational environment mirrors the commitment to a fluid K–12 education, minimising disruptions in the student journey and promoting greater student wellbeing.

Beyond the academics, the College excels in its co-curricular offerings, encompassing sports, arts, music, debating, public speaking and diverse cultural activities. The emphasis on pastoral care, social justice and community outreach shapes students into well rounded individuals.

St Vincent’s College stands as a testament to the fusion of Catholic heritage, academic distinction and a holistic Catholic ethos, shaping students into individuals primed to make positive contributions to the global community.

Principal's Message

Now in our fourth year, we are closer than ever to realising our vision for St Vincent’s College. Our journey to a single, K-12 coeducational community is complete in 2026 with a full coeducational learning experience for all students. We have created a dynamic and supportive environment through the innovative K-4, 5-8, and 9-12 learning structures that are flourishing, fostering both academic excellence and student wellbeing.
