At Loreto Kirribilli, we have a saying, ‘Honouring the past, celebrating the present, inspiring the future’. We honour the people of the Cammeraygal clan who lived, fished and canoed around the spot they called ‘kiarabilli’, meaning ‘good fishing spot’. We honour the pioneering Loreto Sisters who crossed continents and oceans, faced imprisonment and penury, steadfast in their belief in the importance of the education of girls.
