Taronga Zoo continues to be a much-loved kid (and adult) destination, whether you’re traveling to Sydney or have lived there all your life. I personally have seen the seal show about 15 times – my daughter loved it and it was one of our favourite outings. Overlooking beautiful Sydney Harbour, the zoo is an-all day affair. While it takes three hours to see the 4,000 animals that inhabit the zoo, there are also animal shows to watch, the sky safari to ride on, and plenty of leafy green spots to enjoy a picnic. Close to the city, easily accessible and heaps of family fun.

“It was a great experience,” wrote one reviewer. “The ticket worked when we got there and Taronga zoo was just amazing. We had a great time there especially the Australian animals part.” Another one left the comment, “Just loved it…!!! best place to take kids for the entire day of fun , watching animals, sky safari ride is a must.”
