About our school

St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive community where every child is known and valued.

We are guided by the words of our patron, “It is better to illuminate than to merely shine,” and encourage our students to share their gifts to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

The Gospel values of Respect, Compassion, Justice and Service shape who we are and how we live, learn, and grow together. These values inspire us to build strong relationships, act with integrity, and contribute to our parish and local community.

We are committed to providing engaging and meaningful learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Our teachers work in partnership with families to support each child’s learning journey, ensuring they flourish academically, socially, and spiritually.

Beyond the classroom, students are offered opportunities in sport, the arts, leadership, and social justice. We celebrate the whole child and nurture learners who are confident, compassionate, and faith-filled—young people ready to contribute to a more just and caring world.
