About our school

At St. Patrick’s school we are blessed with extensive and functional play areas. We boast separate adventure play areas for the junior and senior students, a large treed oval as well as an asphalt area with two basketball courts.

We are an Allergy Aware school and believe it is important for all staff members to be aware of the symptoms, triggers, and the management of anaphylaxis and asthma. All staff are fully trained to recognise and treat symptoms should they arise.

Our students and teachers have an interest in sport and physical activity believing that these activities contribute to the overall health and wellbeing of young people and communities and as such we proudly display our Active Australia motif. We aim to build a strong and healthy school community, knowledgeable of the choices in services available and skilled in the making of decisions.

Knowing that children have different learning styles, skills and interests St. Patrick’s offers a range of specialist programmes. Our specialist teachers display vibrancy and enthusiasm in the delivery of the curriculum. St. Patrick’s offer specialist classes in Physical Education, Italian, Performing Arts and Visual Arts for all classes from Prep – Year 6.

St Patrick’s School is part of the evangelising, catechising and educational mission of the Church, and an integral part of St Patrick’s parish.
