St Padre Pio Catholic Primary School & Children’s Hub is one of two new schools in the Melton Shire (St Marianne Cope, Mt Atkinson is the other). As part of this initiative, the Melbourne Archdiocese of Catholic Schools (MACS) is teaming up with Melbourne Archdiocese of Catholic Schools Early Years Education (MACSEYE), to offer primary school education as well as early kindergarten learning all under the one roof. Both schools and children’s hubs are due to open in 2026.

Applications to enrol in 3 and 4 year old kindergarten are now open, apply to attend MACSEYE Kindergarten at St Padre Pio.

Stage 1 of St Padre Pio Catholic Primary School & Children’s Hub will include nine classrooms, a STEM space, full administration and staff areas, three spaces for 3 and 4 year early learning, a designated after and before school care area, basketball courts, full car park and extensive landscaping. Future stages planned include further classrooms and specialist spaces, an indoor gynasium and arts centre, further play spaces and outdoor learning facilities and a fully synthetic oval.
