About our school
St. Damian’s is a vibrant Catholic primary school committed to nurturing the holistic development of every child from Foundation (Prep) to Year 6.
With approximately 400 students and 50 dedicated staff members, we pride ourselves on our single-stream classes, ensuring focused learning environments without composite classes.
Our enriching curriculum includes weekly specialist classes in STEM, Physical Education, Music, Performing Arts, and Visual Arts, fostering diverse talents.
Guided by our core values of compassion, hope, and integrity, we strive to nurture the academic, social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of each student.
Furthermore, St. Damian’s boasts a strong and vibrant community, actively engaged in a wide array of fun activities throughout the year, making it a truly special place to learn and grow.

Principal's Message
A warm welcome is extended to all children, their parents, extended families and friends to St Damian’s school community.
We acknowledge that parents are the children’s first educators and consider ourselves privileged to work in this partnership. The school has a long history of valuing its traditions and unique culture. As our world changes we are using an evidence based approach to learning and teaching, as we believe in educating our students for life.
We pride ourselves in providing quality education which nurtures each child’s spiritual and educational growth, within a supportive and caring environment. We accept that it is our responsibility to provide a balanced curriculum that is relevant to the individual child and will enable each to actively participate and contribute to our world. At St Damian’s we view ourselves as a ‘Community of Learners.’
I anticipate that all who become associated with St Damian’s will find it a safe and exciting place to be and learn.
