About our school
St Clare’s Catholic High School provides students with a supportive and challenging learning environment. We are a co-educational, Catholic secondary school where the learning spaces have been designed to enhance the learning opportunities of our students. From the latest technology to flexible seating options, students will learn how to work both independently and as part of a small or large group depending on the task at hand.
The learning in our community is led by professional and dedicated educators; teachers committed to the learning of each student and advocates for their wellbeing.
Our priority for all our students is that they develop skills in thinking creatively and critically and they learn to communicate and work collaboratively. In this way they will have the key skills needed, as graduates, to contribute to the local, national and global community.
We give every student the opportunity to become a student leader with a comprehensive leadership program that begins in the junior years of high school. At St Clare’s we believe in the potential of every student and celebrate the many gifts and talents of all the students in our inclusive community.
Principal's Message
At St Clare’s we understand the importance of service, reconciliation and justice and seek to strengthen these values in our students. We teach students respect for themselves, their families and the community as they learn to be safe, respectful learners and peacemakers.
We work so that our graduates are mature, responsible and compassionate young adults. Leading by example, we take our social responsibilities seriously and make efforts to behave sustainably where possible, using water tanks to maintain our grounds and large solar panels for energy efficiency.
We encourage you to learn more about our welcoming learning community through our website and by engaging with our social media.
