Thank you for your interest in St Anthony’s Primary School. As Principal, I am proud to lead St Anthony’s, a welcoming Catholic school where every child is known, valued and supported to thrive. Our community is built on strong relationships, shared values and a deep commitment to learning, wellbeing and belonging. Teaching at St Anthony’s is intentional, evidence-informed and personalised, helping children grow in confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning.

We hold high expectations for all students and provide targeted support so every child can achieve their personal best. Our students are active participants who are encouraged to ask questions, reflect on their progress and take increasing responsibility for their learning and behaviour. Guided by Gospel values of empathy, respect and inclusion, our Catholic identity is lived each day through the way we care for one another. At St Anthony’s School we aim to develop the attitudes and skills that will equip all children to participate fully in the ever changing world of the 21st Century. We believe that children learn best when they are active participants in their own learning.
The school caters for individual differences and believes that children should proceed at individual rates, take responsibility for their learning and be successful in what they do.
At St Anthony’s, students and teachers work together to co-design an engaging curriculum that provides a wide variety of educational opportunities to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
Founded in the Christian faith our students are taught the essential skills of literacy and numeracy and are developed to use the capabilities of critical and creative thinking so that they can achieve their personal goals.
Intervention and support programs are provided for students to ensure that each child receives the best possible education catering to their individual needs.
The school is fortunate to run a Before and After School Care Program onsite.
Parental involvement is valued and welcomed in all areas of the curriculum as the staff believe that in partnership we can best develop the growth of all children.
