About our school

Kilbreda College, located in Mentone, is a contemporary and progressive Catholic school with 121 years of experience in educating girls to become confident, independent women who positively contribute to their community and the world. Established by the Brigidine Sisters in 1904, the College is guided by the motto “Strength and Kindliness” and its core values, which shape both the curriculum and relationships within the school.

We pride ourselves on being a welcoming community where every student is known, respected, and treated with dignity. With a strong focus on wellbeing, the College fosters an inclusive culture that promotes pride, purpose, and belonging. The Wellbeing Team leads tailored programs that build resilience and encourage positive relationships, supporting each student’s emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual growth.
