About our school

Established in 1942, Delany College Granville is one of the few Catholic co-educational secondary schools in the area. Our contemporary learning environment, combined with our Patrician tradition of hospitality and welcome, allows us to transform the lives of our students.

At Delany, we place great importance on getting to know our students. We use their ideas, interests, strengths and passions to drive learning and use data to inform our pedagogy. We are committed to ensuring our students feel recognised, challenged, and celebrated and that they learn in an environment where they can thrive. We believe it is important for students to pursue interests to find what inspires them and what they enjoy. We give them exposure to a range of exciting extracurricular opportunities to unlock their creative potential, develop a talent or follow a passion.

At Delany College, student wellbeing is a top priority. We are committed to ensuring students feel safe and supported, and are nurtured to grow, belong and be confident. Our school thrives in a diverse community rich in cultures, which we proudly celebrate. We value every student equally, fostering a strong sense of belonging. Our annual multicultural day celebrations are one of the highlights of the year.
