St Patricks, Shorncliffe, QLD – Champions of Change

The young men of St Patrick’s College proudly serve the local community through a number of service programs including the Paddy’s Van. The program provides food and support to our neighbours in need. Through our student advocacy program, ERA for Change, our young men are encouraged to research and advocate on social justice issues and for change in our own school community that welcomes everyone and chooses diversity and inclusion.

Our Formation programs are designed to form young men who can develop strong, positive, and right relationships as well as being aware of their own emotional and spiritual development, and that of those around them. From the onset, students participate in our leadership formation programs that will assist and support them to be not only good leaders within the College, but also in the broader community into the future.

At St Patrick’s, a liberating education is far more than simply increasing each young man’s intellectual capacity. It is about giving them the competency to use their knowledge and skills to make themselves and their communities better: to be masters of their own destiny.
