St Laurence’s College QLD – Change Makers
Every student at St Laurence’s College is a change maker, carving a unique path that reflects and embodies their personal ambitions This is evident through current students – Ethan, An, Tristan and Ollie as well as Old Boy and current Dean of Business Operations and IT, Mr Nick Lieschke. They each have shown the courage to pursue their own Laurie’s Journey – whether it be in academics, sports, music and the arts, leadership, Faith in Action or the broad array of extracurricular clubs and groups on offer at the College.
Under the leadership of College Principal, Mr Ben Lowrie, Laurie’s is dedicated to nurturing individual paths by providing a holistic education in which all students can discover and foster interests to become change makers in their respective fields This journey is supported by the College’s committed staff in partnership with parents and the wider Laurie’s community to create “Laurie’s Gentlemen”. These students leave the College as young men, ready to inspire and enact meaningful change in the world.
Embodying this holistic education is our proud and connected Old Boys network, many of whom have gone and become change makers in their own right in a variety of fields
