Sacred Heart Girls’ College VIC – Change Makers
Sacred Heart Girls’ College is a Catholic Secondary School, established by the Sisters of Our Lady of the Missions (RNDM) in 1957. No longer administering the College, their influence endures in our school’s faith and academic life. We promote excellence in learning and wellbeing and by fostering a safe community where all are treated with respect and dignity. The College provides a dynamic environment that educates young people to be compassionate, resilient and true to our motto, Always Striving Upwards.
An inclusive heart: We are an inclusive, vibrant and diverse community with a commitment to living faith and social justice. We promote and demonstrate leadership and service as well as challenge each student to discover their personal attributes and strengths.
An inquisitive heart: Our curriculum is designed to foster personal excellence and to develop life-long learners who are curious and resourceful. We have a proud history of academic success, and a school culture that focuses on maximising each student’s personal learning growth.
An adventurous heart: Our curriculum focuses on the development of the whole person: spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. Sacred Heart Girls’ College encourages students to take up new challenges in and out of the classroom.
