The College has a school-wide focus on creating a culture of independence in academic persistence by nurturing resilience, emotional intelligence and a growth mindset. We do this by developing students’ relational capacities, nurturing their on-task learning and motivating students with strategies that increase their willingness to learn. Our clear focus is on harnessing a values and character strengths approach to instill students’ self-knowledge for future pathways.
