Mount St Benedict College NSW – Change Makers
Mount St Benedict College, founded by the Sisters of the Good Samaritan in the tradition of St Benedict in 1966, celebrates 59 years of educating young women. As part of the Good Samaritan Education (GSE) community of schools, the College fosters a rich tradition of holistic education in the spirit of Benedictine and Good Samaritan tradition.
In our 2025 Year of Hospitality, we are educating young women to be change-makers of the future. Inspired by a Catholic Worldview, our unique Wellbeing and Learning Model guides the College community in developing students of compassion, confidence and commitment who look beyond themselves to the wider community and see their neighbour in those who are in need of care and support.
The important inter-relationship between thriving, learning and serving in all aspects of College life ensures that ‘Bennies’ girls are able to develop their talents and become articulate, confident and compassionate young women, equipped to transform our world.
