Iona College QLD – Change Makers
Iona College is certainly embracing the theme of change as we head into 2025. After an exhaustive review process to ensure absolute best practice is being delivered for our families, Iona will introduce a new leadership structure for 2025, including the key appointments of a new Deputy Principal, Dean of Senior Years and Dean of Middle Years.
This means more resources and even greater focus on the academic and pastoral needs of our students across all levels of College life.
As part of this, for the first time students in Year 10 will officially be recognised as “Senior” students, with greater areas of responsibility and leadership opportunities.
On a campus level, Iona will be changing as well – with new construction and expansion of facilities to meet the demands of our growing community.
In 2025, construction will begin on a new building in our Primary Precinct, which will deliver even more general learning areas and breakout spaces for our youngest students.
