To support the ethical and responsible use of emerging technologies, the Emmaus College community has worked collaboratively to develop a responsive policy on Emerging Technologies. Students and staff contributed to the creation of a document called “Harnessing AI for Critical and Creative Thinking” that provides guidelines for ethical use of emerging technologies in learning. Staff are committed to working with students and families, not only on the skills to empower competent users of technologies, but to also highlight best practice in this area. At Emmaus College, we approach learning as a critical and creative endeavour, deeply rooted in our signature practices: Christian Identity, Deepening Learning, Calm Connected Classrooms, and Caring Collaborative Professional Partnerships.
