St Peter Claver College has a long history of welcoming opportunities that foster change and embracing those changes, whatever they hold. Having such a proactive approach to change means our students and staff are always well placed to easily and quickly overcome challenges and adapt to changes, emerging more resilient and stronger than before.

Take the changes that resulted from COVID-19 for example – our well-established and integrated approach to using technology in the classroom ensured a smooth transition into online learning, minimising any disruption to student learning. Our ability to adapt meant that new and creative ways of continuing our Social Justice and outreach projects in the community were embraced. Most impressively, our Year 12 students rose to every occasion and seized every opportunity given to them. They are now more prepared for life beyond high school than ever before – as flexible learners and workers with the ability to pivot and adapt.
