Siena College’s ‘Pillars Student Leadership Program’ provides all students with the opportunity to develop their leadership potential. In reflecting on our shared Dominican values, students identify their own personal gifts and how they can be used to make a positive difference within the Siena College community and beyond. Students are mentored by older students and staff leaders in a comprehensive program tailored to each year level, designed to equip students with the confidence and skills to empower them to pursue formal and informal leadership positions both at the College and in the future.
